🧩 About the Role

As our Online Operations Coordinator, you'll be the engine behind our online store's day-to-day operations. From managing product listings and coordinating online orders to ensuring seamless customer experiences, you'll play a key role in bringing the Kellyville Pets magic to our digital customers.

🐶 Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the online store, including order processing, inventory updates, and customer service coordination.

Lead, train, and roster a small team to meet operational and customer service goals.

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure promotions, product launches, and campaigns are executed smoothly online.

Maintain accurate and engaging product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing.

Liaise with warehouse and retail teams to ensure timely dispatch and stock accuracy.

Monitor website performance and suggest improvements to enhance user experience.

Monitor and improve operational efficiency and compliance with WH&S standards.

🐱 What We're Looking For

Experience in eCommerce operations, retail coordination, or a similar role.

1-2 years of eCommerce operations experience is required for this position.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

Familiarity with Shopify

Product management level experience with Shopify is required.

A customer-first mindset and a love for animals!

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Bonus: Experience with inventory systems, Klaviyo, or digital marketing tools.
