Our Services
Jaybelle Care offers tailored NDIA compliant in-home support: Inclusive of personal care, general household duties, meal preparation, budgeting, mentorship, community and social access, overnight support, medication administration assistance.
Jaybelle Care also provides Support Coordination for participant’s NDIS planning and implementation and Support Connection to local services that participants, families and staff may require.
We are looking for Disability Support Workers to join our team who are:

As a Support Worker with Jaybelle Care, you would be responsible for:
Supporting our participants by following their support plan
Communicating respectfully with all individuals and helping to promote their independence
Following company policies and procedures
Adhering to organisation codes of conduct and dress
Building professional and positive relationships with our participants
Ensuring participants feel safe, confident and capable of making choices and expressing themselves
Completing shift notes / case notes each shift
Maintaining compliance with all mandatory training requirements and documentation standards
Requirements
Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to apply)
Current Driver's Licence and own registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance
Compliance with the NDIS Code of Conduct
Compliance with the Working with Children Check
Proof of citizenship or working visa
Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
About the Role
Jaybelle Care is looking for compassionate and adaptable support workers to join our team on a casual basis. We take a neuroaffirming and trauma-informed approach to support, and we’re seeking staff who share our values and are committed to ongoing learning and professional growth.
As a casual support worker, your hours will vary based on participant needs. Building a consistent roster takes time, as we carefully match staff to participants for the best fit. You’ll begin with meet & greets and buddy shifts, and over a few weeks, your roster will develop based on compatibility, availability, and participant preferences.
Key Details:
Casual role with hourly pay based on the SCHADS Award
Flexible shifts available 7 days a week, primarily between 7 AM – 8 PM
Shifts typically range from 2–6 hours, with occasional longer shifts and opportunities for back-to-back supports
Some overnight shifts may be available for those interested
Support is provided in participants’ homes and the community
We aim to match shifts within 30 minutes of your location for convenience
