In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with clients in the construction industry, introducing them to our high-quality range of products, and driving sales growth.

Requirements

• Identify and target new sales opportunities while managing existing accounts to ensure lasting partnerships.

• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients showcasing our products and services.

• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to inform sales strategies effectively.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and satisfaction of client needs.

• Track progress against sales targets and provide regular reports and forecasts to management.

• Strong knowledge of construction materials and supplies, with experience in the precast concrete industry preferred.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, able to build rapport with a diverse range of customers.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts efficiently.

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction or building supplies sector.

• A results-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and customer service.
