What You’ll Do

Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure top-tier service and retention.

Hunt for new business through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.

Craft and deliver tailored proposals that solve real client challenges.

Negotiate and close deals that drive growth.

Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth onboarding and account setup.

Keep detailed records of client interactions and sales activity in Salesforce.

Play a key role in shaping and executing our sales strategy.

What You Bring

Proven experience in sales or account management.

Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Waste Industry Experience

CRM savvy (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office proficiency.

Self-starter with excellent time and territory management.

Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally.
