• Lead and manage insurance construction projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.

• Potential to evolve into a dual role combining Construction Manager and Business Development Manager responsibilities.

About You:

• Minimum 5 years’ building or trade experience.
• Cert IV in Building and Construction
• Construction White Card required.
• Strong trade management and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Customer-focused with a professional approach.
• Competent with technology, including smart devices and job management systems.
• Current and valid driver’s licence.
• Ambitious and looking to grow your career, either stepping up into construction management or expanding into business development.
