Sales Manager – Remedial Construction Services

We’re building one of the fastest-growing remedial construction businesses in SEQ. Now we need a Sales Manager who can own the sales function by selling, leading, and building a high-performance culture.

Spectech Group specialises in waterproofing, protective coatings, and concrete repair. We’ve built a strong reputation for dependable, long-lasting work. The opportunity now is to take our proven base and scale it into something bigger.

What You’ll Do

· Lead a small sales team, enforcing follow-up, activity and accountability.

· Drive revenue growth by building relationships, winning remedial construction projects, and setting the benchmark for the team.

· Build the sales systems, reporting and discipline that make results predictable.

· Grow the sales culture as we expand, with a clear pathway to senior leadership.

Who You Are

· A proven performer with success in construction services, remedial works or trade solutions in SEQ.

· Experienced in leading or mentoring a small sales team, setting the standard and leading from the front.

· Obsessed with pipeline discipline and follow-up, with a clear understanding that activity drives outcomes.

· Confident working with body corporates, facility managers and contractors, and skilled at turning conversations into contracts.

What We Offer

· $120–140k base salary + uncapped commission, with realistic OTE $160–180k+.
