About the Position

Currently an exciting opportunity exists for a Construction Manager to join their team in a key role. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Construction Manager or an eager Building Supervisor or Site Manager ready to take the next step up in their career. Responsibilities will include:

Provide leadership and support to the Site Managers

Managing time frames, budgets and objectives on all project homes in your area

Quality control and workplace health and safety monitoring

Nurturing client relationships and managing expectations

Construction meetings and reporting to head office

Recruitment and selection

Skills and Experience

Our ideal candidate would demonstrate the following

QLD Builders or Supervisors Licence

Minimum 5 years volume home supervision and construction management experience

Pro-active, self motivated and driven

Exceptional communication and organisation

Driven to progress your career with a leading brand

QLD Supervisors or Builders Licence
