The Opportunity as Construction Manager, you’ll be based at the Gold Coast office and oversee a team of experienced Site Supervisors across Brisbane and the Gold Coast. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on mentoring, maintaining quality, managing timelines, and ensuring high standards across all builds.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support a team of Site Supervisors across multiple projects
• Ensure builds are delivered on time, to budget, and to the company’s quality standards
• Implement and maintain WHS compliance and processes across sites
• Report directly to the Director with regular updates on progress and performance
• Drive team culture, accountability, and continuous improvement

About You
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Construction Manager in QLD residential construction
QBCC Builder’s Licence
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Proven track record in managing high-quality residential builds
Loyal, dependable, and seeking a long-term career, not just the next job
Ability to build trust and rapport within a tight-knit team and with trades/suppliers
