An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our client who are one of Australia’s most prestigious names in luxury real estate. Led by internationally renowned team who represent the pinnacle of excellence, culture, and client experience in the property industry. The role will be for an Office Administrator who brings professionalism and the ability to support a dynamic team. This role will be full-time onsite in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of this luxury brand — from client communications and administrative support to assisting with property campaigns and events.
Managing daily office operations and reception duties
Preparing marketing materials for property listings
Preparing listing kits for listing presentations
Launching properties online across multilabel platforms
Working with Realeaste.com and Domain
Coordinating meetings, property viewings, and marketing schedules
Supporting agents and management with day-to-day tasks as well as documentation and data entry
Working with accounts to raise invoices
Assisting at open homes and client events (occasional Saturdays required)
Maintaining a polished, welcoming, and professional office environment
About You:
Looking for someone who is polished, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional service . Individuals will be eager to learn and pick up things quickly. Tech savvy skills are key to help you excel at this role, so it is vital to have. While experience in real estate is valued, it’s not essential — we can teach skills, but not work ethic.
You will have:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Experience with Canva
Experience with social media
A high level of presentation and attention to detail
A team-oriented mindset and willingness to go the extra mile
Flexibility to assist at weekend open homes as needed
Mandarin language skills (preferred but not essential)
A minimum of 2 years similar experience
