Key Responsibilities:

Provide HR advice and support to the Director and leadership team

Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and induction

Support performance management and staff development processes

Ensure compliance with relevant awards, legislation, and policies

Maintain accurate HR records and documentation

About You:

HR qualification (essential)

Demonstrated experience in a HR role (essential)

Understanding of HR compliance, policy and practice

Knowledge of the Early Childhood Education and Care sector (desirable but not essential)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Values-driven and collaborative

Must have, or be willing to obtain, Working With Children Check and Responding to Risks of Harm Abuse and Neglect certification.
