The Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR / Payroll / Admin Officer to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for Managing the HR function, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing, and assisting with day-to-day administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources:
Manage recruitment and onboarding process.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Support performance review processes and employee relations.
Monitor leave and attendance systems.
Payroll:
Process payroll accurately and on schedule.
Ensure compliance.
Manage employee benefits and deductions.
Liaise with finance regarding payroll reports and reconciliations.
Administration:
Coordinate meetings, travel, and internal communications.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Support document management and filing systems.
About You
Essential:
Proven experience in a similar HR, Payroll, Admin role.
Knowledge of employment law and payroll procedures.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
High attention to detail and confidentiality.
Proficient in MS Office and HR/payroll software (MYOB Exo / Acumatica / TimeTrak)
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Highly Desirable:
Qualifications in HR / Extensive Experience
