Candidates with prior dental assisting experience are preferred for this role. Candidates with no prior experience in dentistry are still encouraged to apply. All new employees will still be trained with our systems and standards to ensure your success at Method Dental.

About Us

Method Dental is a private dental practice based in Grange, North Brisbane, with a difference… Well, many differences.

We have 12 amazing, knowledgeable, friendly and supportive team members who are looking for other like-minded people to join us.

And when we say we want a dental assistant that we can take care of, it's because if we take care of our team, they'll take care of our patients.

About the Role

We need just one more dental assistant to complete our team! As one of our team members, you will be interacting with our amazing and appreciative patients and helping them to achieve their best oral health. And if our patients are happy and healthy, and our team members are happy and healthy, then Method Dental is happy and healthy.

The role offered is for full-time employment. Some evenings and Saturdays (half-days) may be required. Part-time may be considered for the right candidate.

Duties

Some of our team members only do dental assisting, some only reception, and some do a mix - because that’s what makes them happy! We want you to be happy and so we can train you in both dental assisting and on reception if that's what you'd like to do. For now, we require a dental assistant due to our growth as a clinic.

As a dental assistant you will:

Take great care of our patients while assisting our dentists

Set up the sterilisation room and surgeries

Clean and sterilise equipment to a very high standard

Learn and grow with a range of dental procedures to observe and assist
