Dental (Healthcare & Medical) – Full Time

Eric Davis Dental is seeking a Dental Assistant or Dental Nurse to join our team. This role is primarily focused on clinical assisting, with some possible support duties at the front desk as needed. Our busy practice, located approximately 30 minutes north of Brisbane, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to contribute to our patient-focused environment.

About the Role:

This role is primarily chair-side assisting, with occasional front desk support.

Responsibilities include:

Full training if required

Assisting the dentist/hygienist with all procedures and support of co-workers

Ensuring excellent patient care and comfort

Managing treatment room setup and instrument processing

Skills & Experience:

✔ Dental assisting experience is NOT essential and willing to learn new approaches.
✔ Some front desk/reception experience is beneficial but not the primary focus
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Attention to detail and ability to multitask
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Computer proficiency
✔ Reliability and a proactive attitude
