In the fertilizer industry, product alone doesn't build loyalty - people do. Our customers stay because they're supported, understood, and empowered to succeed. That's where our team comes in. We are looking for two highly capable team members to execute operational and sales experiences, Customer Experience Officer and Customer Experience Specialist.
Both roles are about driving value at every touchpoint. You're not just reactive - you're proactive.
Customer Experience Officer
Effective and timely engagement via multiple channels - phone, email.
Timely and accurate order entry, ensuring a frictionless customer experience.
Resolution of day-to-day enquiries related to products, pricing, and delivery plus more.
Administration that keeps our systems humming - clean data, clear documentation plus more.
General office duties, mail and reception management.
Customer Experience Specialist
Proactively engage key customers to uncover needs, trends, and growth potential.
Align product offerings with real-world customer outcomes.
Support retention and reactivation strategies with insight-led action.
Educate and guide customers with tailored product and service recommendations.
Track engagement, flag churn risks, and own account health metrics.
This isn't just order taking - it's trust building. You'll be part of a team that ensures excellence behind the scenes, enabling everything out front to run with confidence and clarity.
What you will bring:
To be successful in either interested role, you will have proven experience in a customer service, administration, account management, sales, or order management preferably within a B2B environment. You will have obtain the following:
Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and tailored solutions.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or service targets.
Adaptability, flexibility and willingness to deliver above and beyond.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
It will also be beneficial if you have:
A professional, confident but friendly disposition and can engage with all levels across an organization.
Not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
