We’re seeking a motivated, confident, and career-driven individual to join our team as a Real Estate Sales Trainee / Personal Assistant. This is your opportunity to work directly alongside the Director, gaining hands-on experience, one-on-one mentoring, and genuine career growth. All you need is energy, confidence, and the right attitude.

Your key responsibilities:

Prospect for new clients through cold calling, soft calling, and following up existing leads

Book sales appraisal appointments for the Director and sales team, aiming to schedule an absolute minimum of 5–10 high-quality appointments per day, prioritising quality over quantity

Make outbound calls to potential clients from various lead sources

Provide administrative and operational support to the Director

Manage and update the CRM database and handle client communications

Assist with marketing materials and maintain records in real estate management software and databases

Coordinate general office administration and team support

What we’re looking for:

Strong communication and organisational skills, with a customer service-focused personality, are a must

Confident and professional phone manner

Must be extremely organised with strong multi-tasking and prioritising abilities

Excellent time management skills are essential

Proactive and eager to learn

Be computer literate in basic systems, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and general office software

Effective verbal and written English communication skills

A positive attitude and genuine interest in real estate
