About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position supporting Happy Realty's leading sales agents. You'll be at the heart of daily operations — driving smooth administration, coordinating transactions, supporting standout marketing campaigns, and ensuring a five-star client experience. Your role is critical in allowing the agent to stay focused on delivering results and growing market share.

Key Responsibilities

Administration & Organisation

Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments

Respond to phone calls, emails, and client enquiries

Prepare and manage contracts and key documentation

Keep CRM and client records accurate and up to date

Transaction Management

Liaise with clients, brokers, inspectors, and settlement agents

Prepare and track contracts, settlements, and related paperwork

Marketing & Listings

Write and manage engaging property listings

Assist with social media and digital content creation

Coordinate advertising campaigns and track their success

Client Service

Communicate professionally and promptly with clients

Support buyers and sellers throughout their journey

Assist with final inspections, handovers, and key touchpoints

What We're Looking For

Real Estate Experience Necessary

Minimum 6-12 months of real estate experience is required

Bubbling Personality

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Confident using CRMs and real estate tech

Problem-solver with a proactive, can-do attitude

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Full Australian driver's licence

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Australian work rights are required for this position
