What You’ll Be Doing
Master the fundamentals: Database prospecting, cold calling, door knocking, and letterbox drops
Grow with guidance: Assist at open homes and private inspections (after 12 months)
Build your expertise: Handle buyer enquiries, manage databases, and support listing processes
Grow your skills: Assist with appraisals, prepare sales documentation, and coordinate marketing activities (after 12 months)
Develop relationships: Build connections with vendors, buyers, and the local community (after 12 months)
Become indispensable: Support the Lead Agent while developing your own client base and reputation
