What you’ll do
You’re the engine of our growth marketing—part strategist, part creator, part “let’s‑ship‑it” doer.
Own the marketing plan and calendar: campaigns, launches, and always‑on activity.
Create thumb‑stopping content (short video, posts, stories, blog/email copy) that turns browsers into leads.
Run paid & organic across Meta/Google/YouTube; manage budgets, targeting, and creative tests.
Keep our website & landing pages fresh, fast, and findable (basic SEO, clear CTAs, CRO experiments).
Set up light automation & CRM journeys (lead capture, nurture emails, retargeting).
Build partnerships with dealerships, referrers, and local businesses; spin up co‑marketing ideas.
Track what matters: lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rate—and use the insights to improve next week’s work.
The first 90 days could look like:
Refresh our story, visuals, and top landing pages.
Launch a paid test plan (audiences, creatives, offers).
Stand up a simple nurture sequence and a monthly email.
Produce a steady drumbeat of social/video content that feels real, not corporate.
You’ll thrive here if you:
Are a full‑stack marketer comfortable switching from strategy deck to Reels edit to ad dashboard.
Write clear, friendly copy and can design in Canva (Adobe a bonus).
Know your way around Meta/Google Ads, basic SEO, analytics, and light CRM/automation (Mailchimp/HubSpot or similar).
Love measuring results and making decisions with data.
Are resourceful, proactive, and kind. Industry experience in automotive or finance is a plus but not essential.
