This versatile role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal part in sales portal management, targeted marketing campaigns, executive support from the Director, and day-to-day administration. With a long-standing reputation for excellence, our client combines innovation and trusted relationships to deliver outstanding results for clients and developers alike.

We are seeking an experienced, organised, and proactive Marketing Executive to join the team on a part-time basis. You will be responsible for marketing activities across multiple residential projects, managing end-to-end campaigns, coordinating creative media, and ensuring consistent branding across all marketing channels.

What do you do?

• Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns for real estate development projects, including advertising, project branding, and sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide creative and administrative support that ensures campaign success.
• Manage and monitor marketing initiatives, lead generation, media campaigns, and advertising performance.
• Coordinate and support conferences, presentations, and new business submissions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including developers, agents, and consultants.
• Analyse campaign performance to provide insights and recommendations for optimising marketing initiatives.
• Support the rollout of media campaigns and assist with strategic upselling opportunities.
• Assist with site selection, market analysis, pricing consultation, and other project-specific marketing activities.
• Provide marketing support across all stages of the project lifecycle, from campaign strategy to post-sale follow-up.
• Perform general administrative duties as required.

What do you need?

• Prior experience within Real Estate, Project/ Property Marketing
• 2-5 years of experience in marketing (property or commercial real estate experience is a plus)
• Experience with Creative Suites, Digital and Marketing Channels (Canva/ EDM /data management platforms)
• Exemplary written and verbal communication and presentation skills; and
• The successful applicant will be a flexible multi-tasker with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
