We are looking for a highly motivated site foremen who has great communication skills, customer focused to deliver quality workmanship and will bring their leadership and expertise into this fast pace environment. Jobs located in South Yarra, Caufield & Canterbury.

The role:

We currently have an immediate start available. Working as part of a team from the ground up. You will be required to perform all aspects of plumbing works on projects.

What you need to be successful in this role:

Ensure work is completed within the given time frames.

Ability to communicate clearly with clients and staff.

Ability to encourage growth and support our team.

Review building plans and specifications.

Experience in site related coordination an advantage.

Applicable to site formen:

Experience in running a productive and cost efficient site.

Mentor and train other team members.

Provide feedback on ‘best practice’ and improved efficiencies.

Analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve problems.
