What you’ll do

Head up our light commercial projects team of approximately 5 plumbers and apprentices.

Assist with coordinating labour and materials across multiple projects

Work with our current management team, our clients and suppliers to deliver projects to a high standard on time and on budget.

Initially work on the tools with the team to deliver projects with the view of this role becoming more project management focused and off the tools in the future

Report regularly to senior management on project performance and share insights for improvements.

Utilise our job management software Aroflo and Teams

Manage the OHS requirements onsite to assist keeping our team and others safe.

What you’ll bring to the table

VBA registration or licence.

Solid communication and people skills.

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a supervisor/leading hand in commercial plumbing fit out works.

A strong work ethic, a can-do attitude and a willingness to do what it takes to be the best version of yourself you can be.
