Office Manager & Administration Role – 12 Month Maternity Leave Contract

We are Australia’s largest and most award-winning independent auctioneering company seeking a highly organised office manager to join our team. As the ‘go-to’ person, this position will see you utilise your administration, time management and organisational skills on a daily basis. Your duties will include:
Auction diary management
Auction results collection
Handle all incoming phone and email enquiry
Website and database maintenance
Ensure office and auction room is well-kept at all times
Communicate directly with clients
Organise office operations and events
Attend weekly auctions on Tuesday evenings
Maintain office stationary stock levels
Greet all visitors to office and accept deliveries
Other ad-hoc tasks as required
Our Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in a similar role
Customer service oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong attention to detail
Time management and organisational skills
Computer literacy
Ability to manage a high-volume workload
This is a Monday – Friday role based in Double Bay.
