Remuneration: $73,678.91 to $77,339.85 + superannuation & leave loading

Campaspe Shire Council is on the lookout for a passionate and motivated full time Customer Service Officer to support its delivery of quality service to our community.

This dynamic role involves working across various locations and engaging in a range of activities including our networked call centre and customer facing centres. If you are driven in delivering exceptional service, resolving customer enquiries, and creating positive experiences each and every time, we would love to hear from you!

* This role is an on-stie role and staff may be rotated between Council offices from time to time. While each position has a designated primary location, Customer Service Officers may occasionally be required to work from other service centres. Please note that duties may vary depending on the location. *

To be successful for this role you will require:

• Certificate III in Business Administration (or equivalent) or relevant on-the-job experience.
• Competency in Microsoft Office - particularly Word and Excel - along with corporate information systems.
• Proven ability in a professional environment to possess attention to detail, problem solving capabilities and to communicate information with clarity and accuracy.
• Victorian Working with Children Check and Valid National Police Check.
• Valid Driver’s Licence.
