The Role:
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Accounts Receivable / Collections Officer to manage customer accounts, follow up on outstanding payments, and ensure the smooth operation of our financial processes. This is a telephone-based role, so strong verbal communication and people skills are essential. You’ll work closely with our experienced team, contribute to efficiency improvements, and help maintain strong client relationships.
