Senior Accounts Receivable Officer

As a result of continued growth within Tiger Oceania Group, we are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Senior Accounts Receivable Officer to join our North Brisbane based Finance team.

We’re seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to play a key role in managing our end-to-end receivables process. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with systems like Xero, and is passionate about keeping processes running smoothly. You’ll be working closely with our CFO and wider team, making a real impact while supporting our Nationwide operations.

Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for:

Ensuring invoices and accounts are accurate and customer requests are handled efficiently.

Resolving invoice disputes in a timely manner and following escalation procedures.

Handling administrative tasks such as emails, correspondence, and reporting.

Process daily receipting and manage collection activities.

Coordinate and follow up on outstanding account matters.

Ensure timely billing of large-scale invoicing.

Assisting with month-end tasks and ledger reviews as requested by the CFO.

Provide support to the finance team with ad-hoc tasks.

Who You Are:

With a minimum of five years of accounts receivable experience, you are a proactive finance professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. You bring:

Solid experience in accounts, particularly accounts receivable.

Strong understanding of financial processes and systems.

Proficiency in English and confidence working with technology.

Familiarity with Xero, ServiceM8 and Cin7 systems would be highly regarded.
