Since being diagnosed as Coeliac in 2015, Richard Jeffares, Founder and CEO, has been creating the highest quality gluten free craft beers. After a global tour of the best gluten free breweries, Richard decided to create a similar experience in Australia – a brewery that would make craft beer using gluten free malts, and a taproom where beer enthusiasts along with gluten free consumers can safely experience the wonderful world of craft beer.
Two Bays is enjoying significant growth Nationally across the retail and on-premise channels. Innovation and award-winning beers backed up by strong representation have been the drivers of our success. We are now poised for the next stage of growth.
THE ROLE
Working closely with the National Sales Manager, you will manage the Sydney territory including the CBD, Eastern Suburbs, North, and South/West. You will be responsible for expanding our footprint across bottle shops, bars, venues, and key groups within your territory. Key to your success will be your ability to collaborate across your customer group, leverage your liquor experience, win new business, and ultimately grow your territory.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and volume targets in the on and off liquor channels
· Identify and secure new business
· Manage range, space, visibility, pricing, promotions, and product positioning in line with brand strategy
· Provide regular sales forecasting, reporting, market and customer insights
· Represent the company at trade shows, tap takeovers, events, and other customer related activities
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER
The successful candidate will have
· Proven track record in FMCG field sales, ideally in craft beer, wine, or spirits
· Strong network of industry contacts across retail and wholesale channels
· Commercially minded with excellent negotiation skills
· Highly motivated, target-driven, and the ability to work independently
· Strong communication and presentation skills
· A willingness to, on occasion work evenings and weekends for events (days off in lieu)
· Be open to travel, mostly within NSW and occasionally interstate
· Current driver’s license and RSA certification
