The Role

Due to significant growth we are seeking an experienced Custom Uniform & Apparel Manager to join our team at Gillespie Sports NT t/a CFS Gear'. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, production and distribution of custom uniforms and apparel for our diverse range of corporate, sporting clubs, schools and retail clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company in the Winnellie, NT 0820 area.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their branding, design, and uniform/apparel requirements

Source and manage relationships with local and international suppliers to produce high-quality custom pieces

Oversee the end-to-end production process, from design to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment

Manage inventory and logistics to meet client demands and maintain optimal stock levels

Provide excellent customer service and act as a trusted partner to our clients

Continuously research industry trends and innovations to enhance our product offerings

Mentor and develop a team of skilled apparel and uniform specialists

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in a similar custom uniform or apparel management role, preferably within the retail or consumer products industry

Strong understanding of fabric, design, and manufacturing processes

Excellent project management and problem-solving skills

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and clients

Keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience in leading and developing a team
