They are looking for a skilled Technical Sales Engineer to join their Perth team, focusing on Technical Training & Teaching Equipment.

About the Role:
This is not your typical sales role, it’s a solution focused position that requires a solid engineering mindset. You’ll work closely with the engineering team to understand product capabilities and provide clients with tailored, problem solving solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing existing client accounts and identifying new business opportunities
Translating complex technical concepts into compelling sales solutions
Collaborating with the engineering team to provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including hands-on technical guidance
Using a CRM system to track and manage client interactions
Travelling as needed to meet clients and foster strong business relationships
Ideal Candidate:
Qualifications: Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred, but other Engineers welcome to apply (Graduate or Junior Engineers welcome to apply)
Skills: Strong technical aptitude with excellent communication and problem solving abilities
Experience: Prior sales or client facing experience is a bonus but not essential, training will be provided
Requirements:
Must be a Permanent Resident or an Australian Citizen
Current Driver’s Licence
Own Vehicle
Willingness to travel as required
Mindset: Proactive, solutions oriented, and eager to work collaboratively with the engineering team to deliver value driven results
