The Role
As Business Development Manager, you’ll lead growth in WA by building relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level executives. Your conversations will be about solving strategic business challenges, not just selling software licenses.
You’ll:
Identify and develop new enterprise opportunities across multiple industries
Engage confidently with boards, executives, and senior engineering leaders
Run high-level consultative sales conversations that shape digital transformation strategies
Partner with technical consultants to deliver compelling solution demonstrations
Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting through to board-level presentations and closing deals
About You
Engineering background (degree in Mechanical, Civil, Structural, or Electrical Engineering preferred)
Strong track record in technical or enterprise sales, ideally with complex solutions (ERP, PLM, CAD, or related technologies)
Credibility at C-suite level — comfortable navigating long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments
Consultative approach with exceptional communication and presentation skills
Commercially driven, with a hunter mentality and a passion for innovation
