Key Responsibilities:

Branch Leadership & Operations:

Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and service excellence.

Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities and supporting business development efforts.

Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Support the recruitment and onboarding of our field-based service staff.

Facilitate ongoing training and development of staff through internal programs.

Manage the branch fleet to ensure all vehicles meet maintenance and safety standards.

Team Management:

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.

Customer Experience:

Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service delivery.
