We proudly service a wide range of industries and are currently seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee operations of our Sydney office, located in Arndell Park (Western Suburbs).
This is a key leadership role suited to a true sales professional with strong business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily branch operations, administration, and logistics.

Lead and support a small team to meet performance goals

Drive sales performance and build strong relationships with customers

Ensure compliance with company procedures and ISO standards

Coordinate warehouse and distribution functions effectively

Foster a positive, team-oriented workplace culture

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Proven track record in sales and management, ideally within the chemical industry (preferred, but not essential)

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Solid administrative and organizational capabilities

Good commercial awareness and strong sales background

Experience in warehouse and logistics operations will be beneficial

Familiarity with ISO procedures and audit processes is an advantage
