With rapid growth nationally, we are seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Manager to oversee our Seven Hills (Sydney) warehouse and Nowra facility. This is a hands-on leadership role driving operational excellence, team management, and customer satisfaction across NSW.

What You’ll Do

As our NSW Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you’ll take ownership of:

Leadership & Branch Oversight – Manage day-to-day operations at Seven Hills & Nowra, leading warehouse staff, contractors, and logistics partners.

Warehouse & Inventory Management – Oversee stock control, container unloads, racking layout, dispatches, and cycle counts.

Logistics & Distribution – Coordinate deliveries to customers and depots, manage freight providers, vehicles, and equipment.

Assembly, Servicing & Installation Support – Manage sauna assembly, heater/control prep, servicing, and contractor coordination.

Customer Support – Act as escalation point for NSW post-sales queries, ensuring smooth communication between customers, sales, and operations teams.

Health & Safety (WHS) – Champion safe systems of work, incident reporting, and compliance with SDS and legislative WHS standards.

Process Improvement – Develop branch procedures, optimise efficiency, and support national growth strategy.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for a motivated, practical, and organised leader who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Proven leadership and team management in warehouse/logistics roles.

Driver’s licence & forklift licence (essential).

Strong experience in logistics, freight, and inventory control.

Hands-on ability with basic tools, assembly, or trade-based tasks.

Computer literacy – Excel, Outlook, CRM, inventory/freight systems.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Strong physical capability and WHS awareness.

Electrical licence/trade background (preferred but not essential).

You must be organised, resourceful, and ready to work autonomously while our NSW operations ramp up.
