Help build Australia’s go‑to disputes and insolvency brand. Ironbridge Legal is an elite boutique trusted by clients and feared by opponents. We are scaling Ironbridge 2.0 and need a senior Marketing & BD leader to architect and run the firm’s growth engine end‑to‑end.

The opportunity

Own demand generation, lead generation and sales enablement across all service lines. Design the frameworks, build the systems, and turn brand visibility into qualified relationships, pipeline and matters.

What you will lead

Website, SEO and microsites that convert

A disciplined content engine and 12‑month calendars across our core streams

HubSpot as the heartbeat of marketing and BD: workflows, tagging, segmentation, dashboards

Target‑market maps and always‑on referrer engagement across accountants, liquidators, law firms, GCs, private equity and private credit

Roundtables, conferences and marquee events with clear ROI and follow‑through

Lead capture, attribution, scoring and pipeline reporting that partners can act on

Proposals, case studies and pursuit support that lift conversion

External creators and junior staff to high standards, with clear cadences and KPIs

What you bring

7–15 years in professional services marketing/BD with visible impact

Fluency in CRM and automation, ideally HubSpot, and comfort with AI tooling

Evidence of building content programmes, events and SEO that drive pipeline

Commercial judgement, pace and a systems mindset

Collaborative, non‑toxic standards that lift the team
