The Grounds Group is currently searching for an HR Advisor to join our growing team.

With new venues on the horizon and a busy season ahead we need support !

Tasks will include :

Support end to end recruitment and onboarding processes , including advertising , screening interviewing and induction.

Maintain accurate HR records, databases and compliance documentation across all venues.

Provide advice to managers and staff on workplace relations ,policies, performance and disciplinary matters.

Assist with training, workforce planning, rostering insights and ensuring WHS compliance as well as food safety compliance.

Prepare HR report, monitor employment costs and turnover and act as a point of contact for staff on HR policies and conflict resolution.

Key Skills required :

Recruitment & Onboarding experience: inductions, writing and posting ads, coordination of interviews etc.

Training and Development experience- you have written and delivered hospitality based training programs

Knowledge of Employee Relations: Fair Work legislation, relevant awards, WHS

Strong communication & People Skills: provide clear HR advice, build rapport with teams

Organisational Skills : maintain HR records, compliance documentation and the monitoring of workplace data.

Problem Solving: adept at conflict resolution, staff performance reviews and general workplace guidance.
