The All Nations Group Ltd is a not-for-profit organisation that provides workforce, HR and operational support to aged care, disability and community service providers.
We play a critical behind-the-scenes role in ensuring these organisations have strong governance, compliant workforce systems, and capable teams delivering quality care across South West Sydney.
We’re seeking a Senior HR Advisor who can hit the ground running, someone with a sharp eye for compliance, the confidence to advise managers, and the drive to fix gaps and strengthen our HR systems.
This is a hands-on, practical role for an experienced HR professional who thrives on solving problems, ensuring compliance with Fair Work and the SCHADS Award, and supporting a diverse workforce environment.
What You’ll Do
Advise and support managers on employee relations, misconduct, and conflict resolution
Lead HR investigations and prepare professional HR documentation
Ensure full compliance with SCHADS Award, NDIS Practice Standards, and employment legislation
Conduct internal HR audits and implement solutions to close compliance gaps
Support workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding processes
Prepare HR reports and present insights to senior management
Review, refine, and implement HR policies and procedures
What You’ll Bring
4 + years’ HR experience (ideally in aged care, NDIS, community, or health)
Strong knowledge of Fair Work legislation and Award interpretation (SCHADS preferred)
Proven experience in performance management, conflict resolution, and investigations
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust
Hands-on, solutions-focused, and able to work autonomously
HR qualifications (degree or certification) highly regarded
