On The Ball Personnel, is very excited to provide an excellent opportunity for a HR Recruitment and Admin support, to join our client, who are super successful and growing rapidly.

As the HR and Admin support – this is quite a unique role giving you a blend of responsibilities from Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment, to building a pipeline of talent, and leading the Administrative and HR functions across the business.

You will be managing the admin team, overseeing the recruitment and onboarding, ensuring compliance with HR and payroll legislation, and providing direct support to the Managing Director. The role is also required to act as the decision-maker in the Director’s absence, and ensuring smooth operations and accountability, across the business.

The Role:

Lead, manage, and mentor all admin staff to ensure productivity and accountability

Run daily huddles, set priorities, and align team goals with business objectives

Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including job ads, shortlisting, interviews, and selection and build a pipeline of talent

Manage onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring cultural fit and system integration

Ensure all HR processes align with awards, rates, and entitlements

Maintain compliance with payroll legislation and employment regulations

Provide direct support to the Managing Director by actioning and delegating priorities

Coordinate communications between the Director and the admin team.

Identify and implement improvements in admin workflows and HR processes

Standardise recruitment and onboarding practices to increase efficiency

What you'll need to succeed:

Diploma or degree in Business Administration, HR, or related discipline (preferred).

4+ years’ experience in administration, HR, or operations management.

Strong knowledge of HR compliance, payroll, and employment legislation.

Previous experience in team leadership and recruitment
