Lead a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality mental health and wellbeing services for young people across the South Coast, NSW!

We’re partnering with a respected nation-wide provider committed to supporting young people aged 12–25 to achieve better mental health and wellbeing outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced clinician to step into a leadership role, providing clinical oversight and guidance to a passionate and skilled team.

This role will involve:

  • Provide clinical oversight of mental health and wellbeing services across multiple sites, ensuring safe, effective and evidence-based care for young people aged 12–25.
  • Deliver clinical supervision and mentorship to clinicians, private practitioners, students and early career graduates, supporting professional development and quality practice.
  • Coordinate service delivery by managing referrals, intake processes, and caseload reviews to ensure timely and responsive access to care.
  • Lead and support a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration, innovation and a culture of continuous improvement in clinical practice.
  • Develop and maintain clinical governance frameworks, policies and procedures that align with best practice, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Facilitate student placements and graduate pathways, maintaining relationships with universities and overseeing supervision and education programs.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and program development, driving innovation and evidence-based improvements in youth mental health service delivery.
  • Build and sustain partnerships with key community, health, and education stakeholders to strengthen integrated care pathways for young people.
  • Monitor and evaluate clinical outcomes, supporting data collection, audits, and quality improvement activities to enhance service effectiveness.
  • Provide leadership and operational support through staff recruitment, training, rostering, and efficient management of clinical resources.

The requirements for this role include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in social work, psychology, mental health nursing or occupational therapy
  • Full registration with AHPRA or eligibility for AASW membership
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in mental health or youth wellbeing settings
  • Strong clinical supervision skills and ability to manage complex presentations
  • Commitment to trauma-informed, inclusive and culturally safe practice
  • Full NSW drivers license and current WWCC
