We’re on the hunt for a Senior Therapist who’s ready to lead, inspire, and grow with us. This is more than a clinical role — it’s a chance to shape the future of Psychology at Bloom.

You’ll be:

🧠 Leading and mentoring Psychologists across diverse areas of practice

📚 Driving professional development and career mapping

🛠️ Building and refining training resources

💬 Providing pivotal input into business processes and clinical strategy

🧍‍♀️ Delivering client-centric, evidence-based interventions

💼 What You’ll Bring:

Bachelor/Masters of Psychology + AHPRA registration

3 to 5 years of clinical experience in providing holistic and robust therapeutic interventions

Robust clinical experience in diagnostic assessment (primarily cognitive and formal assessments to explore Autism and ADHD)

Experience and passion for leadership and mentoring

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

NDIS experience (a bonus, but not essential)

A current driver’s licence and registered vehicle

Endorsement in either Educational and Developmental or Clinical Psychology (highly desirable, but not essential)
