The Opportunity

The Clinical and Site Lead plays a key leadership role in guiding a team of clinicians and support staff. This position oversees the delivery of psychological interventions, supervises staff, and manages the day-to-day operations of the site. The role includes external stakeholder engagement, including attending meetings with the Local Health District. With a 0.5 clinical caseload, the Clinical and Site Lead balances direct client care with supervision, quality assurance, and service development.

What you will be doing day to day:

  • · Conduct clinical assessments, case formulations, and treatment planning for clients with complex mental health needs
  • · Deliver evidence-based psychological interventions and client-centred care
  • · Provide supervision and line management to 2–3 staff and onsite students
  • · Facilitate multidisciplinary team meetings and lead care and risk decisions
  • · Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders

About you:

  • · Tertiary qualifications in psychology, social work, mental health nursing, or counselling
  • · Registration with a relevant professional body (e.g., AHPRA, AASW)
  • · Experience in clinical supervision and team leadership
  • · Proven ability to manage complex cases and risk
  • · Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • · Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or ability to hold one
  • · Current Police Check or ability to obtain one.
