Business Development Representative / Relationship Manager
Part-time/ Full-time
Screaming Goat Studios is an NDIS digital marketing agency. We are looking for a BDR to join our growing team. Working from our Somerville office Mon - Fri. We are looking for someone who is warm, friendly, empathetic and mature. You will be working with our Director, developing and nurturing meaningful relationships with industry specific providers.
Working hours can be negotiated on a case by case basis, but there will be strictly no working from home for this role.

About the position:
1. Lead Generation
Research and identify potential customers.
Use tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, or CRM platforms to find qualified prospects.
Monitor industry trends to target relevant audiences.
2. Outbound Prospecting
Reach out to potential clients via cold calls, emails, and social media (LinkedIn).
Personalize outreach to improve engagement.
Maintain a high volume of outreach activity daily.
3. Lead Qualification
Engage prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and decision-making process.
Determine if a lead is a good fit for the product or service.
4. Scheduling Meetings
Set up discovery calls or product demos between qualified leads and Account Executives (AEs) or sales managers.
Ensure all meeting hand-offs are smooth and that the AE is fully briefed.
5. CRM Management
Log all interactions and activities in the company’s CRM system (e.g., Pipedrive).
Keep lead information up to date and organized.
Track performance metrics like calls made, emails sent, and meetings booked.
6. Collaboration
Work closely with marketing to align outreach with campaigns and messaging.
Provide feedback from prospects to improve sales and marketing strategies.
Coordinate with sales and customer success teams to refine the hand-off process.
Experience Required:
1–3 years in a BDR/SDR (Sales Development Representative) or inside sales role.
Expected Skills:
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs (e.g., calls/day, meetings booked).
Experience using sales tools: CRM software, outreach tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft), LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Ability to qualify leads using frameworks
Bonus Experience (valuable at any level):
Experience in the same industry as the employer (e.g., NDIS, Healthcare).
Familiarity with industry-specific tools or CRM platforms.
Previous success in quota-carrying roles.
