We're looking for a client-facing team member who can confidently support customers from first enquiry to final quote. Someone who can connect with people, explain things clearly, and stay organised under pressure.

You’re the kind of person who:
Communicates clearly and confidently — on the phone, by email, and in person
Is warm, friendly, and great at making people feel understood and supported
Takes ownership — follows through, meets appointments, and stays organised
Learns quickly and is happy to take initiative when it’s needed
Can manage multiple client enquiries without letting anything slip through
Presents yourself well and maintains a high standard of professionalism
Is coachable, reliable, and motivated to grow with a supportive team
📋 What You'll Be Doing
Responding to inbound leads and explaining window film options
Qualifying whether a quote can be done remotely or needs a site visit
Attending in-home or on-site appointments (if needed) to present film samples
Recording key details and communicating back to the admin/quoting team
Following up with leads and maintaining a clear, helpful client experience
Using systems like HubSpot, Simpro, Microsoft Teams, and email daily
Supporting our mission to deliver excellent service, every time
✅ What You’ll Need
Strong communication and people skills
Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (for in-person visits)
Basic tech confidence (email, CRM, tablets/iPads)
Australian working rights
Experience in customer service, retail, trades, or in-home quoting is a bonus — but not essential. We’re more interested in who you are, how you show up, and what you want to build long-term.
