About the Role:

Keen To Clean is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our national sales team.

This role will need you to:

Set your own leads or appointments through door knocking, lead generation and qualifying web enquiries

Quoting projects, submitting professional proposals and completing presentations as required

Obtaining commitments, closing deals and winning orders

Following up and achieving territory sales targets

Transitioning new clients onto our network of franchisees and cleaning operators

Scheduling jobs on a day to day, week to week basis

Understanding and following up on customer service standards and quality checks

Actively marketing company’s core products and services.

Liaise with marketing team to assist with Local Area Marketing.

What you bring:

Experience using CRM and Microsoft Office suite.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Business development in B2B setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with good rapport building and problem-solving skills.

Good organisational skills including creating and delivering presentations in timely manner.

Experience with tender preparation (highly regarded).
