About you
You are a highly experienced office manager that works well in a fast-paced environment where the pressure can be on at times. You have an in-depth working knowledge of modern office automation principals and technologies. You plan ahead to ensure your team have the resources they need to provide top-notch customer service. You are comfortable working with both the executive and front-line customer service staff to ensure the smooth running of all aspects of the SKYONE's Airlie Beach Dropzone local office.
About the job
You will be responsible for the day to day office administration of one of Australia's busiest skydiving centres.
Key functions:
Ensure the office environment is maintained to organisational and OHS standards to ensure smooth business operations, safety of our staff and customers, and compliance with regulation.
Oversee the day to day operations of the dropzone and ensure that all administrative activities comply with company and APF policy. Escalate skydiving operations matters to the Dropzone Safety Officer as required.
Oversee record keeping activities and provide regular reports to the General Manager
Work closely with operational staff to support a high level of safety and service to SKYONE customers.
Allocate and monitor dropzone operational tasks to administration and manifest staff to support smooth dropzone operations.
Manage local human resources in terms of rosters, training, performance review and employee support.
Promote continuous improvement by taking feedback from staff and other stakeholders, reviewing standards, formulating plans for improvement, and working with management on implementation.
Act as a coordination point to to resolve complex customer issues.
Participate in recruitment and hiring/on-boarding activities.
Ensure SKYONE’s brand is consistently represented in a positive manner.
No skydiving experience or industry knowledge is required, we will provide training. You will need to have managed on office that included a fast paced customer service environment before where you've had many plates in the air at one time.
