Full time Office management role for busy electrical contracting business based in or Nambour CBD office.

Stellar Electrical is a well-established business operating throughout the southeast QLD region.

As our office manager you will be working and co ordinating with our Financial and management team to ensure priority times and customer satisfaction is achieved. This role requires autonomous decision making and strategizing without the need for direction.

Your role consists of managing and scheduling our electricians via Service Mate and reporting to clients via Email on a daily basis 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday- Friday. Taking tasks over the phone or via email from clients and allocating to an appropriate staff member as per priority time frame.

Our office runs service mate as an task management tool and Xero as a financial management system, ideally you will have experience with these applications.

If you are polite, professional, enthusiastic, and love co ordinating and being the go to person this role is for you.
