Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial client enquiry through to securing the contract, ensuring clear communication, accurate documentation, and strong client relationships throughout.

Maintain customer relationships through client contact, site visits, and follow-up calls to secure projects.

Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates, scopes of work, and methodologies in accordance with company procedures and industry standards.

Provide clear and complete handovers to the operations team to ensure seamless project delivery.

Maintain compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 9001, WHS legislation, and relevant Australian standards.

Skills & Experience

The successful applicant will ideally possess:

Demonstrated experience in estimating and quoting, preferably within the asbestos, demolition, or environmental (mould, and water damage) remediation sectors.

High-level written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Professional, organised, and responsive approach with sound problem-solving capabilities.

Current driver's licence and willingness to travel for site inspections.
