About the Role Working closely with Sales Consultants, you’ll be responsible for preparing tenders, contract documentation, and variations for new home builds. You’ll interpret plans and engineering drawings, ensure margin compliance, and provide accurate costings that help clients bring their new homes to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate tender and contract documentation within set timeframes.
• Interpret plans, engineering, and specifications to produce detailed cost estimates.
• Review and approve engineering slab designs and liaise with drafting where required.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and compliance.
• Prepare and price post-contract variations in line with company procedures.
• Maintain clear communication with consultants and internal teams to resolve queries.
• Keep up to date with local building codes, development, and covenant guidelines.
• Actively contribute to process improvements and team training initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience as a Sales Estimator within the residential building industry.
• Proficiency in Databuild, Framework, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and follow procedures precisely.
