About the Position

Currently there is an opportunity for a knowledgeable and proven Sales Estimator to join their team. You will be responsible for preparing accurate preliminary tenders and contracts, costings of variations and site costs.

Skills and Experience

Minimum 2 years sales estimating experience with a volume home builder

Knowledge of site costings

Experience with a range of build types

Strong written and verbal communication

Strong eye for detail

Diploma or Trade background highly regarded
