🔧 The Opportunity:

As a Senior Sales Estimator, you'll focus on front-end estimating (not production), helping translate client visions into accurate, competitive costings. You'll prepare BOQs, pricing for variations/upgrades, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure exceptional pre-construction outcomes.

💡 What You'll Be Doing:

Preparing accurate BOQs and costings for sales consultants using Databuild.

Reviewing architectural plans, engineering drawings, and selections schedules.

Collaborating with sales and management to ensure site-specific estimating accuracy.

Responding to pricing queries quickly and professionally.

Maintaining up-to-date pricing libraries and market data to inform competitive quotes.

Supporting procurement with supplier costing and PO coordination.

Liaising with finance and operations to reconcile variations and maintain cost control.

🧰 What You Bring:

Proven experience in residential sales estimating (custom or volume).

High-level proficiency with Databuild.

Ability to interpret drawings, engineering, and design documentation.

Strong organisational and communication skills in a fast-paced team.

Experience with procurement and supplier liaison.

Bonus points for experience with Onsite Companion or similar tools.
