About the role

This is a full-time role as a Service Advisor at Bridgestone Select Epping, VIC 3076. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing the flow of vehicles through the workshop to ensure efficient and timely service delivery. This is a key role within the Bridgestone team, serving as the link between customers and the technical experts in the workshop.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and assisting customers with their service and repair needs

Providing detailed and transparent quotes for recommended work

Booking vehicles in for service and managing the workshop schedule

Liaising with the workshop team to monitor job progress and provide updates to customers

Handling customer queries and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner

Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all customer interactions

Supporting the sales team by identifying and recommending additional services

What we're looking for

Previous experience working as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing automotive role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service

Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills to effectively manage a busy workshop

Technical knowledge of automotive systems and components to understand customer needs

Proficient in using computer systems and job management software

A positive, friendly and professional attitude
