Service Advisor

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a performance-driven, customer-focused Service Advisor to join the Blackburn Kia, Nissan & GWM team and deliver an exceptional customer service experience.

Responsibilities will include:

Greeting and serving customers for the service department.

Advising customers on vehicle updates regarding repairs or servicing.

Following manufacturer and dealership warranty policies effectively and efficiently.

Coordinating daily service appointments.

Meeting individual and team targets.

Managing customer expectations.

Ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.

Preparing for next-day appointments.

Booking customer vehicle services via email, phone, or face-to-face.

Preparing Repair Orders and Job Sheets for workshop execution.

Promptly invoicing customers.

Effectively addressing customer concerns.

Specific skills required:

Consistently creating a memorable customer experience.

Explaining the value of vehicle services and repairs.

Working cooperatively in a team environment.

Genuine care for external and internal customers.

Exceptional organizational skills with strong time management.

Previous experience using Era Power DMS (highly regarded).

Previous experience using Xtime booking system (highly regarded).

Kia or Nissan or GWM brand experience (highly regarded).

Ability to communicate with internal stakeholders.

Current driver's license is mandatory.

Ability to logically solve problems.

Ability to Multitask

Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

High level of personal presentation.

Strong computer skills.

Commitment to achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
